Samsung GT-C3303K Champ Cell Phone
Samsung GT-C3303K Champ cell phone is an Android cell phone in tiny body. This cell phone use body and screen unified design with the shiny surface. For the color choice, there is black, white, and pink. The screen is 2.4 inches, 240×320 pixels, 262k color, TFT touch screen. The touch screen can be operated by using hand as well as stylus. The stylus placement is in the righ of top body. The screen can be locked by using the lock/unlock buttons at right top body. At below of the screen, there are three haptic buttons which are Call, Back, and End Call/Power button.
The speaker can be found at below the haptic buttons. This speaker acts as additional speaker for prime speaker at the above of the screen. There is 2 ways volume button at the top left body. There is the hole for the hang string in the body left, above the volume button. Users can find the social networking applications in the communities folder. There are MySpace, Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket, Picasa, and Friendster in this communities folder. Unfortunately, the list is only the bookmark or website shortcut – not the application an-sich. There is also Google folder which load the Google Search and Gmail.
Samsung GT-C3303K Champ cell phone is completed with Samsung Apps which is the online store from Samsung. We can find the needed application through this Samsung Apps and it is guaranteed compatible with this cell phone. For the music, there is FM radio feature with external antenna so do not need to plug the earphone if want to hear music from it. Of course, the best quality is always offered by using earphone. The settings are add to favorite, FM radio clip, manual tuning, self-tuning, remembering program, and controller (default name, location note, and auto shutdown).
There is recording feature that allow users to record their favorite songs. Samsung GT-C3303K Champ cell phone is also equipped with Equalizer to improve the sound quality. The sound quality is good enough when we hear it from the two speakers external. The 1.3 MP camera can be found at body behind without flash and camera button. To activate it, users can use the camera icon in the menu. For the shutter, users can use the touch shutter in the right part of the windows. The default mode is the landscape mode. Users can move to video mode by pushing the mode icon at the upper left corner.
At the upper right corner, there is brightness controller. In the camera mode, the settings are shooting mode, Timer, Resolution, White-Balance, Effect, measurements, quality, night mode, guidelines, shutter sound, and saving. In the video mode, the settings are Recording Mode, Timer, Resolution, White-Balance, Effect, Quality, Guidelines, Sound Recording, Audio Recording, and Saving. The Photo quality is good enough but of course, it is bad in less light situation since there is no flash. The video result is smooth enough when play in PC/Laptop.
There is microSD slot in behind the casing so needed to open the casing first before put the microSD external memory. The slot can be found at right top body inside the casing. The microSD and internal memory are automatically detected as the drive when connected to PC/Laptop. Samsung GT-C3303K Champ has 4 homescreen window. To know the active one, users just need to see the highlighted part at top side of the window. As default, the window one loads clock, window two loads calendar, window three loads 4 shortcut to chosen favorite contact, and window four loads 4 shortcut to chosen application.
In the main menu, there are 3 windows. Users only need to swipe to the left and to the right. The battery is Li-Ion 3.7 V 1000 mAh which offers 4 hours talk time and 4 days standby time. For internet connection, Samsung GT-C3303K Champ supports GPRS and EDGE. For the network, this cell phone supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz. The cell phone operating system is Android 2.1 (Eclair) which completed with HTC Sense and 528 MHz processor. For data connectivity, this cell phone supports micro USB and Bluetooth.
hi, how can i remove the auto lock option of this samsung champ. i have to keep pressing the unlock button at the right side. It’s quite annoying because it locks very fast after minimal time of inactivity. please help!!!!…please help…
Go to menu>>settings>>display>>backlight and change the backlight time you desire…u can set the backlight on upto 10 minutes!!

First you have to go to SETTINGS> then go to PHONE> then go to TOUCH there you will find TOUCH PANEL AUTO-LOCK remove the GREEN MARK from it. And its DONE.
i know the ato lock can be a pain bbut its quite usfull when you 4get to lock it
just be familiarized with the settings so you can easily activate and deactivate the auto-lock feature…true,it can be useful,especially that the touch screen is touch sensitive

how about, the hold icon when we are calling?…how to remove it?
that too is my problem…i do know that you whenever you make a call you have to press and hold the dial key to be able to use the in-call functions(loudspeaker/keypad/hold) but after i do that the hold icon immediately reappears, then i have to press and hold the dial key again.it’s such a bother.is there a way to get rid of that hold icon so we can immediately use the loudspeaker and keypad during a call??? samsung’s user manual doesnt have complete info.thanks.

My friend itz very easy. u ahe to go to the scroll down you will see in that go to and select memory card Option for which ever application it is required.

hmmm…last thing is on how to locate the internet settings of the champ because we all know that if we put a sim card, it will say gprs connection automatic config..so how it is to manualize?

how to get rid of reject list. One of the contact no. has been accidently press the “add to reject list” And now, whenever my friend tries to call me, my phone reject. (put under miss call). How to restore my friend no. again so that her call will not be rejected. -GT-C3303K model
settings-> call-> all calls -> auto reject -> reject list -> delete your friends’s number from the reject list

how to use shutter sound for Samsung GT-C3303K Champ? everytime i take picture, there is no sound in camera. when i go to camera setting there is shutter sound off and then when i click it, the response is select shutter sound and then when i click the select shutter sound there is no more response.
